We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and ZIP files containing multiple files. STL is the most commonly used format and works with virtually all 3D modelling software. If you have a different format, feel free to contact us and we'll see if we can help.

We're primarily a print-on-demand service, but we can point you in the right direction. Sites like Thingiverse, Printables, and MyMiniFactory offer thousands of free downloadable 3D models. If you need a custom design, get in touch and we may be able to recommend a designer.

Our instant quote gives you a reliable estimate based on the file size, chosen material, and scale. In most cases, the final price matches the quote exactly. For very complex prints, there may be a small adjustment - we'll always let you know before proceeding.

PLA is perfect for decorative items, models, and most general-purpose prints. ABS is better for functional parts that need heat resistance. PETG is a strong, versatile middle ground. Resin offers ultra-high detail for miniatures or jewelry. Nylon is the choice for engineering-grade parts. TPU is flexible, like rubber.

Yes! Each material is available in a range of colours. You can select your preferred colour during the customisation step after uploading your file. Colour availability varies by material.

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2-3 days. Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days. Complex or large orders may take slightly longer - we'll always keep you updated.

International shipping is available for select destinations at an additional cost. Please contact us for specific rates.

We stand behind our quality. If your print arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
